Now with our Instagram feeds full of images of 'perfect' mothers and children in full makeup, matching outfits frolicking in pumpkin patches with huge smiles on their faces, the pressure to appear to be the 'perfect' mother and have all your shit together is higher than ever!
So we decided to blow the lid off the stigma and attempt to normalize conversations about the realities of motherhood.
Just remember, you are doing amazing mama! You are not alone. And no matter how you're feeling or what struggles you are facing as a mother, you aren't the first and won't be the last... So don't be afraid to reach out! We're stronger together!
